1. The service
cpdeze ("we", "us", "our", "the service") is a software application that assists Australian pharmacists with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) planning, activity logging, reflection drafting, evidence storage, and audit pack generation. The service is accessible at app.cpdeze.com.
cpdeze is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It is not a regulatory body, accreditation service, or provider of professional or legal advice. Use of this service does not guarantee compliance with AHPRA, the Pharmacy Board of Australia, or any other regulatory requirement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use cpdeze. The service is designed for use by registered pharmacists, intern pharmacists, and pharmacy students in Australia. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account details secure.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at cpdeze@outlook.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their knowledge and consent.
4. Subscription and billing
cpdeze offers a Free plan and a Pro plan.
- Free plan: Available at no cost with usage limits on AI features and storage as described on the pricing page. No credit card is required.
- Pro plan: Billed annually at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fee to your nominated payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: We offer a refund within 7 days of the initial Pro subscription purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you contact us at cpdeze@outlook.com within that period. Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the 7-day window.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect for existing subscribers.
5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer
The AI features in cpdeze use large language models to extract information from uploaded documents and generate reflection text. This output:
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
- Is not reviewed or verified by cpdeze before being presented to you.
- Does not constitute professional, regulatory, or clinical advice.
- Must be reviewed and confirmed as accurate by you before use.
We accept no liability for any consequence arising from your submission or use of AI-generated content that you have not independently verified.
6. Your professional responsibility
cpdeze is a record-keeping tool. It does not:
- Guarantee that your CPD activities meet AHPRA or Pharmacy Board of Australia requirements.
- Provide advice on which activities count towards your CPD obligations.
- Assess the quality or suitability of your CPD records.
- Represent or communicate with AHPRA or any regulatory body on your behalf.
You remain fully responsible for understanding and meeting your professional CPD obligations under the relevant standards, and for verifying that the information recorded in cpdeze is accurate and complete.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload material that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or the systems that support the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use the service to record CPD activities that did not occur, or to generate fraudulent CPD records.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of all CPD records, reflections, and documents you create or upload in cpdeze. By using the service, you grant cpdeze a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not use your CPD records for any purpose other than providing and improving the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
On account deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. We recommend you export your CPD records before deleting your account.

- Fitness for a particular purpose (including regulatory compliance).
- Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cpdeze's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to cpdeze in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event will cpdeze be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of professional opportunity, regulatory penalties, or professional disciplinary action, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at cpdeze@outlook.com or through the account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if we hold your email address) and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
